Business isn’t rocket science. I am all for being pragmatic and uncomplicated about marketing delivery, but passionate that business strategy and measurable objectives should drive the marketing agenda.

I believe that many businesses get caught up in trying to do too much, or focus on marketing channels that miss their target audience completely. Channels and technology may have transformed in the last few years, but the principles haven’t.
